So this is Kohima. We have reached the place. It was a long drive, wasn't it? You seem to be much exhausted. Are you feeling dizzy ? It is good that you are not. It's a hot day, isn't it? Let's sit here for sometime. Would you drink some water? Are you feeling any better now ? Very good. Rest for sometime. We have come a long way to- day. Don't you find the place pleasant ? I like it. Look, look at the hill-ranges around. They are beautiful! What? You mean the vales way below ? Yes, they are also very beautiful. By the way, have you been here before ? Is it your first time then ? I see. That's why your eyes are moving so fast from one thing to another. I'm really happy, I've brought you to this place. But, sorry, we have to go back today. What do you say? You want to stay long? Oh, no ! I must go back today. I came here only once, some years back. It is my second time with you. But now, we are just wasting time, sitting here. Let's move. I'm think- ing of taking you to the cemetery. No, no, don't walk so fast. It seems, the little rest has given you much strength. Now, you see this road ? It will lead you to Manipur. You have never been to Imphal, I guess ? No, you haven't. Well, I have been to that place only once. I don't remember much of it. The market place in Imphal, I found, was very neat and decent. Don't smile. You might be thinking, why I couldn't speak of something else, more important. I told you, I don't remember the things well. Of course, the town was busy. The roads were crowded in the heart. People seemed taking pleasure with one thing or the other. I don't know, how things stand now. What? You mean that elevated place ? That's the cemetery, I told you of. We are coming to visit the place.
Now stop! Do you see those words on the plate ? Read it. 'WHEN YOU GO HOME........ Can't you read it ? Let's go nearer.
